In our years of experience, we have realised that our strength lies in “not going it alone” but in co-operative style. Our people need to be educated on the above issues, especially the fact that they must remain compliant at all times and not wait for tender moments when they are under pressure and often miss out. They must be advised on CIPC returns, the different tax types, the difference between tax avoidance and tax evasion, how to avoid penalties and so on.

The “not going it alone” issue brings us to the idea of shareholding, joint ventures and Agencies. Our recruitment drive is directed at the youth, with their connectedness, texting and tweeting energy and general youthfulness.

In the same breath we acknowledge that some middle aged to senior age people are just as capable on account of experience and the need to earn a living.

Our formation is a hybrid/mixture of partnership in it’s practical terms and as a business model, franchising and the concept of Holding and Subsidiary Companies. Each of these components has its benefits and, if managed well, each component transfuses into the other to make failure remote.
